The county I work for is doing ok, but thanks for the concern. Dosen't matter though, the law is written so the employees and retires get paid first. Part of the problem is that in taxes urban states like California and NY send more money to Washington and rural ones and rural states like yours get more money back then they send. Anouther problem is illegal imigration and all its social costs. As the Feds refuse to fix that the Feds should pay those costs, but they do not so it falls on the states.
