Never had that 3rd one happen yet. There's always hope though. But what I ment was to move something smaller with a small tractor. I don't mean to try and move a house off the foundation with a M farmall or A JD. Ever heard of a snach rope. There made to work this way. You pull up and the rope rebounds back. I saw in a 4x4 magazine to use a spare tire when pulling up a tree stump. You put the chain around the tree, over the tire the ats standing up and pull. Never tried it but it sounds like a fair idea.
