Take the deck lid and rear bumper off. Go to a shop with frame machines that specializes in pulling bent vehicles, rather than specializing in the finish work.
Ask them if it's feasible to pull the quarter panel, and if it is what they will charge. Assuming they do the pull, they will want a replacement deck lid and bumper to accompany the car so they can fit it all. Either do the rest yourself, or find a shop to just refinish the dick lid and bumper cover. If the vehicle is totalled, the insurance payoff will probably cover it.
BTW, for replacement parts, you might check with a company that sells CERTIFIED aftermarket parts, the key word being "certified". When my wife hit a deer with our Chrysler T&C a couple of months ago, our insurance paid me to fix it myself. Salvage yards were asking $200-$250 for clean used hoods. I bought a new certified aftermarket hood for $174. When I installed it, I went by the bolt marks in the paint on the hinges and latch for a starting point on adjustment. It fit perfect, just like that.
