There are a whole lot of sanctimonius people on this thread who talk like they were never young or did anything foolish. The truth is that most of the so called DUI cases are revenue enhancement just like speeding tickets etc. How many dope heads without jobs and drunks who don't work are pulled over and charged, very few because the precincts don't want to feed them in jail, they want someone who can pay a fine.
