I have only a few chickens. Nothing like what you are talking about. But a friend of mine does that. Yet I don't know prices on them are the eggs. But I do know he said it is a 7 day a week job and if you need to go any where for a day or two. You must hire good help to take care of them. He also said the eggs must be checked and kept at certain cold temps ect. Hope any info I have given helps you. Good luck
