Well all I can say is , you have just been initiated by the legalized crooks of the internet . That's why I quit trying to sell on ebay . Also Paypal does a grand job of putting the bolts to a guy . Paypal billed me 150.00 for services rendered plus extra . I did send the collector 50.00 & told them the story & they even said they wouldn't play their game & pay either . So now paypal has locked my acct . The are loosing several of their big sellers who are setting up their own websites now . Good luck but I think you are fighting a loosing battle .There was about 5 times I used them to collect my money from no payers & crooked sellers . But they kept every cent they collected for me .
