Can't answer the question about wether or not Wisconsin has a special crank or not, but I had bobcat get me a upgrade pulley kit for an old 500 model. All they ask for was the crank diameter. The model didn't matter to them. The price is not to far out of line. I bought the 500 for 900.00 in a basket and had to do a lot to get it going. They are handy to have around and to play with. I used a tree shear on the 440 I had.
