My 1958 Case 411B runs a home made cordwood saw off the PTO. I can't even begin to count the hours that saw has saved me. I rarely sharpen chains any more. The PTO also drives my free standing wood splitter. The 540 drive pushes the pump that feeds a 5 inch cylinder and a second cylinder for the lift. My tractor has hydraulics but you can still do a lot without it.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
