Can tell what I have done, pmt, have used half power saw chain oil half motor oil, yes I know the manufacturers say not to, so? Have two of those parts pricey S650G Satohs. bought a backhoe for one, rerouted the exhaust from underneeth to up along the hood, so I wouldn't get gased operating the hoe, put a raincap on and all. Well after a few years, the muffler got a hole in the top that I did'nt notice right away, well it didn't take long for the motor to sieze up from lots of rain water. Took the head off to free the valves as well as the motor, thought what the heck, might as well hone what I could of the cylender walls while I was that far, put everything back together, and low and behold, for a motor you couldn't keep oil in, now it uses very little. Can't and Won't say this is the way to go, or that it will work for everyone, maybe just darn lucky????? All my equipment is old and needs repair, lots ,and lots, have had your feelings more than ounce, but in the end I still maintain that I would rather buy parts than make payments. Just a dummy's opinion, hope it helps, and lots of luck. G.

I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
