Since it's turned out to be a SuperC, the thermostat is immediately suspect.
One oddball thought (I think I've developed a reputation for havin' those from time to time). This tractor doesn't by chance have radiator shutters on it, does it, like my '51 has? If NOT you should be able to look directly through the grille and see the fin tubing on the front of the radiator. If you see a bunch of upright slats between the grille and radiator, you have shutters. Make sure they're open. They should operate with a lever that looks a lot like your throttle lever except with square-cut notches located on the left side of your instrument panel, right about where your left foot would rest. Forward on the lever opens the shutters. Pulling back closes them. I'm always reminded when I have them closed because my trouser leg always manages to hook over the top of the lever, keeping me from just sliding my foot over to the clutch pedal.
If they are there and are anything but fullly open and the lever won't make them operate, you'll need to remove the grille and work at loosening them up. If the tractor sat for a long time, they could be rusted or otherwise bound in place.
