I have a rear blade that came with my old Ford. Not sure of the maker- it is yellow. It is a nice heavy unit, but i find it really difficult to reverse the blade, because the mounting yoke falls off of the blade as you rotate it around to 0 degrees. It is designed this way so that you can take the blade off and mount a sub-soiler. So- what I have been doing is to take it off the tractor, prop it up with a log, pull the locking pin, carefully spin the yoke around, and when it gets to the position where the yoke is no longer held captive by the blade, i try to balance it and quickly keep it rotating until it is held captive again. The problem is, at this point, the balance has changed, and I can't hold it up anymore. One of these days I'm afraid it is going to drop on my foot. Is there a better way to do this??
