The NATPA is run by Don Harshfield and his buddies. Their only concern is to have rules that make themseves happy. They do not care to make the rules fair or to even enforce the rules they have. If you beat them, you will get kick out for something. The members tried to changed the rules, but Don changed them back to the way he wanted them. The meeting this November will be the biggest joke you'll ever see. Don and his buddies are already planning to remove anybody that tries to make unwanted rule changes. The USAP has some good pulls. The rules are so so, but the at least the pulls are fair.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
