Sorry charlie,I tend to agree with the others. Once you accept it,and then do work on it,you tacitly agree that you have bought it as/is where is. How do you know that there was not a mix-up in parts,and you got the wrong one? At least give the seller a chance do make good,before you try and force him to eat your repairs!
