Rick, this is a machine shop job in most cases. it depends if the engine has replaceable guides, or they must be bored out, which takes a centering jig. Sometimes it may be easier to replace the valves, going to an oversize stem, and honing the guide to fit. Some industrial, and older farm tractor heads had replaceable guides that were driven out and pressed into place. They still required honing to achieve center, so the valve fits on the seat. Check prices at automotive machine shops in your area.
