Again location is the key. Red cedars are close to a nuisance in these parts. Wouldn't consider planting them. I've cut down and burned many that are bigger than 6-7 inches. Got one that is significantly more than a 12 inches and a friend has talked about running it thru his saw mill rather than burning it. Still doesn't excuse his unability to control the burn and might him a few dollars.
