For Ron and anybody else/pets who have been hit by "Pepe" Le Pew". This a recipe called "Pew Proof" that my wife found somewhere that works real well on our dogs and should work on people too. Mix the following ingredients- one quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide,1/4 cup of baking soda and one teaspoon of liquid soap ( no particular brand). For your dogs, soak the dog in water, work in mixture, massage well and rinse. This works because our three dogs got hit really good by a skunk a year or two ago and this concoction killed 95% of the the smell on the first application!! My only concern is with the hydrogen peroxide on people is keeping it out of your eyes and maybe bleaching your hair?? If anybody else has a better idea for people "Pew Proofing", I"ll be glad to save it for later.
