Phoenix has installed photo radar speed cameras about every 2 miles on all the interstates and loops in metro area. just got my 2nd ticket in the mail for 66 in a 55 zone. On the 4 lane freeways it goes from 65 to 55 for a short distance thats where they get you. City has mailed ouy thousands of tickets. People are getting fed up with these speed traps.
