two questions/ overrun pto att. ford rims

1st I have an overrun attach on a tractor I bought that was used for a brush cutter-- it keeps falling off the pto-- and I can't see any thing there to hold it on et. pin or clamp ?? any ideas-- also we have a 2N- 8N-- and a fergie 20 I need to mount a tire for a spare (rear) it looks like the outside rim is the same size and bolt pattern, is this true and will the rim and tire interchange on these tractors / I know the wheel is different but I am talking about the outer rim thanks for any info
