Hmmm. There should be NO flow when cold? I cannot figure out why it wouldn't flow.. The thermostat would only block the flow into the radiator through the upper hose, right? There is still pressure, out through the intake into the heater core, then out the heater core into the side tank, where it goes back up into the water pump. Or am I missing something? ( I am easily confused!:-) ) I'm going to take the Stant Stat out tomorrow and check it out in some boiling water. Thanks for all the suggestions!
