Give her glucose in the vein. Run some blood and see what her Cal/Mag/Phos really is, so you aren't chasing dead ends. Could be hardware, intestinal torsion,LDA, or any number of things. With being 2 weeks early, prolly wasn't on the close up ration long enough.
