On the Allis: No, don"t think pouring more in will work. Maybe take a power washer to it, or have a radiator shop boil it out for you. Then go through the proper process to put liner in. Purple truck: Yep, probably clogged the screen. Will need to drain and clean tank, replace pump and screen. Hopefully didn"t clog up injectors also. Went through same thing just yesterday with son"s vehicle, only was dealing with rust in tank, not tank sealer. I don"t know why the fuel pumps have to be in the tank now. Surely there could be a better design, but guess not. I could think of several accessible places to mount an electric pump. Long for the days when changing a fuel pump consists of removing two bolts on the side of the block. Half hour project if you were really taking your time. Now it is a several hour job. Good luck. And remember, the only stupid question is the question not asked.
