Lou, are your taxes that high to make this worthwhile? I dont know off hand, but in our neck of the woods you might pay $40 or $50 a year in taxes on such a shed.
I built a little hunting cabin back in the woods. I wanted to have a 911 address just in case so I had to go to the assessors office to start that process. I have the cabin insured for $20,000.
