I've seen all of the deere stuff and it is worth the time to see it. I was truely suprised by the rock island arsenal museum. Lots of interesting history about Rock Island, neat buildings on the base, and nice weapons display and history of the arsenal in the museum and a civil war cemetary. I believe this is the oldest arsenal of the us armed forces. It is still a working military facility so be prepared for a armed MP in a guard shack to give you directions to the museum, kind of intimidating but definately worth your time if you like history and or weapons. If you are looking for farm action just hop on I-74 and head south and you will be in farm country in just a few minutes. Lots of nice farm ground lays along I-74 accross IL. bill
