I just bought a 18.4x34 BF Goodrich Power Radial 80 tractor tire on eBay. It is a new, never mounted tire. Can I mount it on a IH 650 (1958) rim, in good condition, without a tube? I understand I will have to install a tire stem in the stem hole. Will this work if I use some kind of bead sealant or am I totally out to lunch on this? eBay item 280428353160
