Sir, I will admit that the 770/888 series was not Oliver's crowning achievement in tractor styling, but I am not one who places a great emphasis on a tractor's aesthetic appearance, but rather demand a great deal in terms of performance, hence my affinity for the Oliver and White nameplates. And perhaps the 770/880 could be considered ugly when judged against Oliver's beautiful Fleetline and Super series, but my vote for ugliest tractor goes to the Ford Commander 6000 of the late 50s I believe. Pretty advanced tractor but, in my opinion, very unappealing.
