I feel like a real a$$ complaining to some of you folks about 15 degree temps, but that's about as bad as it gets in my area overnight and about 25-30 during the day. I've got to insulate pipes to automatic waterers in the stalls. Is there a rule of thumb or guide somewhere to show how much I need?. I've got 4" PVC that I'm going to split and use to cover the insulation to keep the horses from tearing it up. Any ideas?
