What kind of amp do you run? I was in the music business for 20 years and worked on a lot of Fender tube amps. I don't play guitar (keyboard guy) but know a little something about tubes and amps. I had one customer who was an Ampeg nut - he was a bass player in a popular local band. Hard to find a fan big enough to cool that amp that was also quiet enough for the stage. Anyway, that was several years ago.
