I just finished converting my Farmall 230 to a 12 system .Everything is fine except I can't shut it off with the ignition switch.I checked the amp meter and the indicator was pegged all the way to charge. I ran the engine for only a minute or so .From the articles I read it says that the indicator would move very little not in my case .Is this normal or am I going to have a pboblem. The alt.is a 63 amp 3 wire delco.I hooked #2 to the Bat. and then to one side of the amp meter and the ignition switch ,#1 goes to the other side of the ignition switch and the coil, any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated .Thanks in advance.
