I have run a landscaping business for the last 8 years and after the first 2 years using Echo, you couldn't give me one. I have used Stihl mostly for the last 5 years but am more and more impressed by the RedMax/Shindawa hand tools. If you do buy the Stihl, don't go with the HS45. The blades are junk and will not hold an edge, it is a light duty home owner model. We bought 2 of them because they were much lighter but they did not last. I have bought 2 of the RedMax and use one personally. It is heavy but it is awesome. The oldest RedMax is 3 years old and the blades are as sharp as they were from day one, they really amaze me.Seems like my model is the TMZ CH 2401 or 2400. I have switched to RedMax for back pack blowers and hedge trimmers.
