Got a car advertised for sale. Free ad, so listed details in the ad (to include that it is priced above KBB). Posted several pics, to include pics of 2 small rust spots. Get emails inquiries (intentionally didn't give phone number) and answer with all details including last oil change and a list of parts replaced in the last 12k miles (brakes, struts, all wheel bearings, lower balljoints, both drive axle shafts, timing belt, and a couple small things. Took the car through inspection with no faults yesterday.
And, before sending the email, I say price is not negotiable and cash in full. 4 people show up today, kick the tires, drive the car, come back and either want to do payments, want me to hold it til payday, or point out that they KBB'd it and won't pay over that. Got a lady in the office with me that wants it, but don't like to do business with coworkers.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
