I've got a friend that drives me nuts like this. Good guy, will help you out with most anything but wants everything for nothing and then when he sells something prices it like it's solid gold.
Never buys new but complains like crazy if something he buys used breaks. Always says he payed "good money" for it, I guess everyone else's money isn't as good as his.
When I sell something I know what it's worth, what I want for it and price it accordingly, no negotiations. I hate dickering, both buying and selling. I realize it part of the game and usually will ask someone if the price is firm but I don't push it.
