Sorry you feel you didn't get a fair deal. As far as the bolts for the wheel weights. They are probally the right ones as far as the length. On an A the wheels are different or should be. The left wheel is stamped from light metal, and the right wheel is cast, about 2 or more inches thick. This is to offset the weight of the engine being on the left side. I have a story that's different from yours. I bought a tractor {antique garden tractor} from a person in Mass. sight unseen. When I went to retrieve it {about 6 hour drive} it was as good or better shape than he told me. So you see there is honest dealers out there. Forget what has happened to you and restore this little A to a nice machine. You will be glad you did,as they are a nice maachine. Good Luck.
