Okay, I'll bite, since you seem to want to compare apples and oranges. I use a 1981 JD 1640 to rotovate, 55hp, 4 cyl, 239 cubic inch displacement, 16 speed (TSS w/hi-lo), closed centre hydraulics........close to 6000 original hours, original clutch and motor......hmmmmm. Now you're using a 3 cylinder, 183 cubic inch, motor, open centre hydraulics, not including the loader and front wheel assist, I bet I paid half of what you paid, and I'll also bet when yours is 20 years old, I'll have the lower cost of ownership. Yep, I'll take the Deere.
