Hummm...you talking apples and oranges here. The 340 is based on the C series tractor. It is much lighter than the 300 which was based off the H. A few things might work, but they will take some modification. I do not know for sure if the power steering will work or not. They are covered in the same manual and the rebuild procedures are the same. Good luck...but you have a ton of re-work in front of you.
