leaven for work at 4:30am I noticed a large coon perched on my power pole, well as i got in my vehicle to leave I must have scared him on up the pole into the wires and transformer causing instant black out. I went on in to work and called the power company explaining what had happened and asked if my transformer would reset itself the tech said no that they wood have to come out and reset it an from there on I felt i was the recipient of good customer service. About 2weeks later I received a service charge in the mail for $287.00 stating the problem was on the consumer side which was correct it was the circuit breaker just below the meter. And to make a bad thing worse the coon didn't die and has been back since P.S I an currently disputing the bill
