The way I understand this boycott movement is that folks pretty much have accepted that on the wholesale level they can't affect the gas companies very much. Instead there will be a movement to affect them at the retail level. If they aren't selling gas, they also won't be selling cigarettes, beer, beef jerky, etc in their convenience stores. The problem is that this won't affect the execs and policy makers much, but will impact the poor feller working for minimum wage and the feller managing the store that's just as mad about gas prices as the rest of us.
