Over the years, any business that asks for cash has taken my checks. I'd a come with my checkbook too. You would need to be MUCH more plain that you want green US currency. And then I probably wouldn't bother to drive over. It's a two way street - why do you need real cash? Are you selling a stolen tractor? Then they come back after ME when I buy it. How do I deduct it on my taxes? I have no receipt without a check stub. Tough deal, both sides need to protect their backsides. You need to be a lot clearer on how you are selling it, and allow the potential buyer to then check you out too before the sale. --->Paul
