Yes, you have a valid point for the efficiency of the tractor. But lets be honest here. Put yourself in Joe's shoes. Lets say you built a device that goes against conventional teaching. A prototype is built to prove your theory. In your testing you found the total output greater than the imput. The point of testing is to prove ( overunity or not) weather it is useful or wasted is beside the point. In that test I pointed out that there was no report on the light output. Since when is light energy wasted? I also pointed out that there was no measurement of the mechanical energy. Since when is the torque of a rotating shaft wasted energy? Also I pointed out that the heat of the resisters that were added (which are not part of the machine) is wasted energy? Here in Mn. we pay plenty for heat all winter. Also I pointed out that no measurements were made of the radio frequency (even though I am sure it was an annoyance to his neighbors) of the prototype. Even a small walkie talkie needs a battery. To make the test fair, all the output should have been measured. If it was your prototype, would you still feel it was a fair and honest test? I think not. The test was not for the effiency of the machine. Let the marketplace decide. I say issue the patent. If he has nothing, it will fall by the wayside. If he has something, can it be developed into something useful. I don't remember who replied with the right hand left hand rule when I asked how does the current know which way to go when a wire is passed through a magnetic field. Those are the observed effects. Years ago, people thought the sun moved around the earth. The observed effects sure make it look like it. But that was proven wrong. I am not saying the left & right hand rule is wrong, but it doesn't answer the question. There seems to be a lot of mysterys about electricy and magnetism and until that is 100% understood those rules cannot be set in stone.Have a good night.
