Hi Glen, I will make no reccomendation as far as whether you should use calcium in you tires. It is corrosive and makes wheel/tire assemblies very hard to handle off the tractor. I hate the stuff and won't put it in any of my tractors but, at the same time, I understand the fellows using it if they need the weight. What I will advise you to do is deal with it. Take the thing apart and sandblast, repair and paint the rim. The valve stem issue can get bad enough that a new valve can't be used. The rim deterioration will continue. If you need this tractor, why wait until some very inconvienent time for it to cause trouble. Just my thought, Bill
