I just recently bought an injector pump off E-bay.. Badger Diesel in Wisconsin..They rebuilt a pump for my military Chevy M-1008 truck..They did an excellent job and did it very reasonably..I have a charge account at a local rebuilder in Cleveland..They couldn't touch Badgers price..I personally would not buy a pump from an individual unless I heard it run..In 10 years on E-bay , I've been minorly burnt twice..My own fault.....

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
