i worked in a rock quarry about 30 years ago. one day the boss Howard came to me and said Virgil i would like to pay you more but i can't afford to because of insurance costs and taxes i pay to have you work for me. i would be able to pay you at least a dollar maybe two more per hour if not for govt. regualtions. that was 30 years ago think what it must cost now.
