Mark, If Cas has ATT and is using Seamonkey browser and email, ATT will not help. They say they do not support Seamonkey. However for a fee they will help. Boy that T's me off. Maybe you can give me a clue as to what is wrong. I have set up a new email address and when I go to access it it says password is wrong. I know I have it set right because I went into my existing account, this one and set it exactly, you know the POP, SMTP, the security and the port. Only difference is the new email address. I still can't log in because of password.
