I spent 4 days down at Atlanta, & a 1/2 day in Nashville, & 1/2 day in Chattanooga last week in june. It was in the mid - upper 90's then. I walked up, & down all three slopes across Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield between 2, & 6 p.m. on June 29th. It was 98 deg. I had a 44oz. cup of ice filled to the top. It was completely melted before I started down the 1st slope. Heat index was around 108 deg that day. Decided to get reilef in the hotel pool. It was like swimming in warm bath water!!!
Sorry about Your hay. No shortage of rain in Central, IN. At least where I am. I had to wait a day to mow a pasture a week ago; It was TOO WET!
