Today was not a holiday, and both were open until three. I think a company as big as Chrysler should feel they have an obligation to at least TRY to take care of a customer who's vehicle had a major problem in the first 400 miles. Neither dealer offered a loaner let alone asked if I had transportation. If that was my only vehicle I'd been screwed. They both acted like it wasn't their problem. I've seen a lot of this from businesses, it's hard to find a company that will service the customer, and then they wonder why foreign companies are taking their business.
