John, I think you are overlooking a couple things. Monday is a holiday, called Labor day, so you cannot expect anyone to work on it till Tuesday at the earliest. While you were in the military they took care of vehicles anytime it was needed, but in civilian life people get time off to be with their families. Also, most dealers take care of the customers that bought from them first, and ones that went elsewhere second, you are in the latter group, no matter where you go.
