Just gotta share this.
Woman who was working at an auto parts store noticed a gal trying to break into a car outside the store, and called the cops. When cops came, the perp fled into a fenced off construction area across the street, and hid in the Sani-kan. Police demanded she come out, she refused. They didn't have any tools to break in, so after several warnings, they simply pushed it over.
She did come out after that. There were reports that she was spitting at officers, but witnesses surmised that she was just trying to get a bad taste out of her mouth. None of the officers on the scene seemed enthusiastic about transporting her to jail- I haven't heard how they decided who got to do the honor.
