with the engine idling, take a 5/8 or 11/16 wrench, and carefully loosing each injector line at the top of the engine, one at a time.. the engine should drop down in speed as you loosen a good firing cylinder. then retighten it and go to the next line..
if you find one injector line that does not lower the speed when you lossen the line, you found a the cyl that is not firing.. then next is why.. is the pump not pumping, is the injector stopped up? or compression low??
its difficult to take off in 7 or 8th gear on any tractor.. so I usually take of in 5th gear, then quickly shift to 7th or 8th...
