Well some time back we got this 95 chevy 3500 and found out it had a spun bearing and in turn hit the head with the piston. Now that all are in the loop so to speak... I got a used engine and installed it and now it has a erratic idle,HARD to start, and no power I am leaning towards the gears for the injector pump may be off a tooth because if you adjust the pump it gets a little better but still not good. I may try changing to the original engine's crank sensor. but this thing is driving me nuts first 6.5 turbo I have ever dealt with. The original engine ran and started easy just had that one dead cylinder so I put the injector pump and pmd off that engine along with a remote mount for the pmd for future problem issues.(IF I CAN GET PAST THE ONES I HAVE NOW) any suggestions????
