I used to work at an independently owned (still the longest operational single family owned Case Dealer in US) Case/Kubota dealer...VERY successful...he used to tell us some people are just not worth the time, effort and perks that it took to deal with them...and he always backed us up when we finally got to the point where we would respectfully tell someone that we chose not to deal with them! It was so cool seeing the look on a guys face when they heard that...armed with internet prices from hundreds of miles away, wanting free this and free that, demanding, aggressive and angry when you tell him it just wasn"t feasible or profitable (people tend to forget that businesses are there to make money, and aren"t there if they don"t!) to do business with them and please move along!
