rrlund has never had anything good to say about anything Deere since I've been on this site, every Deere that he bought has been the worlds worst tractor and he doesn't know why the company has been in business this long.
On that note, I've done a lot of business at Baders in St. Louis and maybe I've just been lucky but I've never dealt with a "porky little sh!t with a ring in his lip" behind the parts counters. Granted it's only a 40 mile round trip for me so maybe I just live in the special area but they have always come through for what I needed, if it didn't show up on the computer the shop manager will set them straight if you go talk to him, and if they don't have it they will have it the next day. As with all parts guys sometimes you have to hold their hand and walk them through it but I've always had good results. They have even dropped stuff off at my place for free. Maybe you aren't the happy smiley person you think you are :)
